Well hello there... I'm Lara

I'm a Sunny Coast girl who now calls Sydney home and I've been a freelance photographer for the past 5 years. As a lover and enthusiast of creativity and adventure I'm always excited to explore new places, meet new people and try new things. I love the outdoors, spending time in the sun, rain & sea surrounded by nature & fresh air.

As for a little life update, In April this year I got married to my amazing husband, his name is Hendrix. I've now lived in Sydney for a little over one year and truly loving it! While moving and marriage comes with it's challenges, I'm truly enjoying the growth that comes from change. I hope for these learning curves to not only make me a better person but also a better photographer.

I've always had an appreciation for art and how we can express ourselves through it, as for photography, I think the fact that you can hold a picture in your hand and have it take you back to that time and remember exactly how it felt to be there in that moment, it's truly remarkable. As my important moments continue to grow so does my appreciation for this art form.

Being behind the lens is always exciting for me, but I know that having a camera pointed at you can be quite daunting. When we work together, my aim is to help you forget about that pressure and be able to really enjoy the experience while getting photographs of you & your loved ones in a comfortable and candid setting.

I aim to make each shoot completely different to the next so that your photos are as special and unique to you as possible.
